The Webb serves the needs of a library, children’s education center, community center, civic group meeting location, cultural repository and much more.

| On the first level of the library is the charming children’s room that houses our collection of picture books, first reader books, and juvenile fiction, biography, and non-fiction books.
Children’s movies on DVD and VHS (rated G or PG) are also available for one-week checkout.
A checkerboard game table, coloring pages, and kid-friendly computers with filtered internet access and games add to the fun of this room.
There is a Parent Shelf with books about parenting and childcare as well as educational information.>> More
