Kids Programs

Preschool Storytime

We offer a weekly Preschool Storytime for ages 3-6 with their caregivers on Wednesdays from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. This program helps to promote early literacy skills through reading, songs, games, and crafts.

1,000 Books Before Kindergarten

Come start your child on their “Road to Reading”. This program is a nationwide challenge to encourage parents to read aloud to their children. By reading just one book a night, families can reach the 1,000 book goal in just three years! The 1,000 Books program is available to all families with children between the ages of birth to five years. Prizes will be awarded at the 100 book milestones

Summer Reading Program | June-August

The Webb Library’s Summer Reading Program encourages and rewards all children to continue reading during the summer break, helping to prevent the dreaded “Brain Drain”. Our activities are designed to keep them reading and writing. Once you have registered, complete the activities and reading at home. Rewards are given as participants complete activities, which encourages them to keep it up!
